Accounts and Subscriptions

Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by Substack and/or its payment partners. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all payments are final and non-refundable. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Substack account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Discounts and Coupons
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promo codes, or coupons (”Coupons”) for subscriptions to the Service. Coupons may only be used for one membership per user. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. We reserve the right to revoke or modify any Coupon at our discretion, and such Coupons are subject to availability and the terms provided at the time of issuance.
